Framed by Andrea Mowry

Framed by a bold hem, neckline and cuffs, Andrea Mowry's 2024 Rhinebeck sweater design celebrates traditional handcrafts in a modern pullover. Knit from the bottom up and adorned with puff sleeves, this sweater will be a truly special addition to your handmade wardrobe! The body is worked in the round until the divide for the yoke. The remainder is worked flat, shaping the shoulders with German Short Rows and then finishing using the 3 needle bind off. The sleeves are then picked up from the body and knit in the round down to the cuff. Please note that the colourwork in this sweater is charted only.

Note: Andrea's pattern is designed with worsted weight yarn. Our kits feature sport weight yarn for a lighter option. See swatch photo (fourth picture) featuring Sunday Morning Lux Sport knit at the pattern gauge of 21sts.
