Bergliebe [bʹɛrgliːbɵ] is worked seamlessly from the top down, with no finishing required. Short-row neck shaping establishes a higher back neck before the yoke is worked in the round to sleeve separation. The yoke combines a textured stitch pattern with integrated increases that transitions into a classic raglan construction. Sleeves are picked up and worked down in the round to the cuffs.
The fit is easy to adjust: add or remove raglan increases to change the size, modify the underarm cast-on stitch count for fine-tuning, or simply work more or fewer rounds before the ribbing to customize body and sleeve length.
