Purple Moon is Isabell Kraemer's newest seamless tee design, worked in the round from the top down. While the original pattern features alternating stripes of fingering-weight yarn and mohair, we've reimagined it in two shades of our Fleece & Flax, a beautifully tactile blend of Bluefaced Leicester wool and linen.
Bold stripes are the star of this design, keeping the knitting engaging from start to finish. Choose a low-contrast pairing for an understated look, or opt for higher contrast for a more graphic, modern feel.
Sleeve and body length are easily customized by adding stripes - we knit our sleeves to elbow length.
Our sample is shown in Fleece & Flax 'Heirloom' with Halo in 'First Light'.
