The Robin Beanie by Sari Nordlund is knitted with two strands of yarn and the brim is folded twice for triple thickness around the ears bringing you extra warmth and coziness during the winter months. Combining a strand of silk-mohair knitted together with a fingering weight yarn makes the hat really soft and gives it a beautiful halo.
You can easily adjust the length of the hat to get the fit you want. The hat is knitted from top down, so you can try it on as you knit it to make sure the length is just perfect for your head. After the crown shaping the rest of the hat is just simple 2x2 ribbing.
The Robin beanie is designed for everyday use, and it knits up surprisingly fast!

To fit head circumference: 53-58.5 cm / 21-23 inches
Length with brim unfolded: 44 cm / 17.5 inches (adjustable)
Length with brim folded twice (triple thickness): approximately 23 cm / 9 inches

Kits include 1 skein of Sunday Morning 4 Ply or Sunday Morning 4 Ply (Ecru) and 1 skein of Halo (these are held together throughout).
