Ranunculus by Midori Hirose
- Description
Ranunculus is a top-down round yoke pullover with lace and textured stitches. The yoke has ample depth and the finished pullover has a cropped length - perfect for layering over dresses or high-waisted skirts and pants. If crops aren’t your style, simply adjust the body to your preferred length. The loose gauge of this garment makes it a surprisingly quick project with a light and airy texture.
The pattern provides instructions for a smaller or wider boat neckline as well as for short sleeves or long puff sleeves.
The original pattern is designed in one size (with a finished circumference of approximately 50-51") and the yarn in this kit provides more than enough yarn to knit it as written, even to increase body and sleeve length and/or knit a slightly larger version.
We used 1.5 skeins of Grace and 2.5 skeins of Haze to complete the version shown.
Note that the designer has also provided a separate modification file for a finished bust circumferences up to 65.25" but does not provide specific yardage requirements. If you would like to knit a larger version and don't feel our kit provides enough yardage, simply add a skein of Grace and Haze to your order from our general inventory.
